Shiela Borillo, EA

Founder

Shiela Borillo has finished extensive studies and examinations to qualify for the esteemed Enrolled Agent designation. Enrolled Agents, commonly referred to as EAs, are the only tax professionals tested by the Internal Revenue Service on their knowledge of tax law and regulations. They provide tax preparation, representation, tax planning, and consultation to individual and business taxpayers

Honney Jean Arce

Tax Preparer, AFSP

Honney Jean Arce has received her Associates degree in Accounting in Ohlone College. As she continue to strive to achieve her Bachelors degree, she has been a key part of Star Tax Services. Since the beginning, she has shown dedication and compassion through her work and continued growth in learning to better serve the clients.
